A special low-e copper colour anti-glare with reinforced net for extra strength covering 8mm heavy duty air bubbles
PolyX PB30 (Big) is a 8mm big inner thermo cellular flame retardant bubble-core covered insulation. PB30 utilises high performance low-emissivity antiglare copper on top of an 18 microns thick aluminum foil with reinforced net on top, and a pure aluminum foil on bottom which also acts as a thermal break to stop heat transferring from the insulation to the building’s structure.
Coming with a 15 year warranty, you can expect improved internal lighting and a 95-97% heat reflectivity rate to keep the inside of your shed or structure cool at all times.

Yes, PolyX PB30 meets all relevant Australian regulations and standards in all states.
PB30 complies with AS/NZS 4859 1&2 2018. Thermal resistance measurement: 0.2009M2 K/W. Reflective performances of PB30 (tested to ASTM E 408): Aluminum silver side = 97%, Copper antiglare side = 95% reflection of radiant heat.

What R-Value can PolyX PB30 achieve?
PB30 adds to a Total R-Value (system R value). The effective R value in a system depends on the installation and environmental conditions. The R-Value may be affected or reduced due to dust on upward facing surfaces or as a result of ventilation.
PB30 can achieve several Total R-Values depending on the installation method, cavity depth, cavity design and other building components used in the system.
