PolyX PM30
A world-first combination of foam and bubbles for exeptional insulation performance.
Double sided foil with fire retardent XPE foam between double layered bubbles for triple the strength efficiency and thermal break.
PolyX PM30 (Multi) is a premium thernal reflective insulation solution which utilises a unique combination of bubbles and foam. PM30™ Multi provides a Thermal break foam between the bubble layers for added insulaton from heat, cold and noise. This thermal break also acts as a thermal break to stop heat transferring from the insulation to the building’s structure.
A 18 microns thick aluminum foil with reinforced net and aluminum foil on bottom complete this high performance insulation solution.
Coming with a 15 year warranty, PM30 has a core of thermal break fire retardant XPE foam covered by thermo cellular flame retardant double bubbles and topped with high performance low emissivity copper antiglare.
With class topping insulation performance and long-lasting durability, there’s a reason PM30 is preferred by commercial, industrial and residential solutions that really want to reduce their air-conditioning costs and dampen noise pollution as much as possible.

F.A.Q.
Is PolyX PM30 compliant in all states?
Yes, PolyX PM30 meets all relevant Australian regulations and standards in all states.
PM30 (Multi) complies with AS/NZS 4859 1&2 2018. Thermal resistance measurement: 0.221m2 K/W. Reflective performances of PM30(tested to ASTM E 408): Aluminum silver side = 97%, Copper antiglare side = 95% reflection of radiant heat.
Why choose PolyX PM30?
PolyX PM30 is chosen by architects, roofers, builders and homeowners who are after the highest performance insulation solution. PM30 is second to only the PolyX PU24 with regards to the overall performance.
What is the thickness of PolyX PM30?
Total nominal thickness = 9mm.
What R-Value can PolyX PM30 achieve?
PM30 (Multi) adds to a Total R-Value (system R value). The effective R value in a system depends on the installation and environmental conditions. The R-Value may be affected or reduced due to dust on upward facing surfaces or as a result of ventilation.
PM30 (Multi) product can achieve several Total R-Values depending on the installation method, cavity depth, cavity design and other building components used in the system. For full details about PM30 R-Values and building systems range for roofs, ceilings, walls and floors kindly contact to PolyX Global PtyLtd authorized dealersagents.
